Our mind is just as important as the rest of our bodies, here are a few things you can do to take care of it.
- 15 & 30 minutes: With a good covering of sunscreen, spending 15 minutes in the sun helps to create Vitamin D which is a source for elevating our moods. You can also take a 30 minutes nature walk to help reduce stress levels.
- Laugh lines: Laughing is always good for the soul and also reducing anxiety. Watch some funny videos or attend in a comedy event and enjoy a bellyful of laughter.
- Write it out: Sometimes it’s hard to speak about what’s bothering us. Instead of bottling it up, express your feelings on paper—where there is no judgement.
- In the moment: It is natural for us to thinks about the future or dwell in the past. However, it is healthier to be in the present moment and enjoy and make the most of it.
