ISO Customer Care Team: We are the plan managers and we assist with general inquiries about the ISO plans. Additionally, we help with any questions or concerns about how to enroll and how to utilize the plans in general.
HealthSmart: This is ISO’s dedicated benefits and claims department. They handle questions about your plan benefits and coverage as well as your claims. If your medical provider or you have any inquiries about how to submit claims, claims status or need a general idea about your plan coverage, this is the ideal department to contact. FirstHealth & Multiplan: The ISO plans work with two PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) networks and they are FirstHealth & Multiplan. The networks contain names and contact information of medical providers who are considered as in-network providers of the ISO plans.
