What do they do?
They are mainly responsible for processing your medical claims and assisting with questions regarding your plan benefits and claims status information. They are also responsible for providing members with their Explanation of Benefits (EOB) once the claims are processed.

If I need to send them my claim, what should I do?
First, request that your medical provider submit your claim to HealthSmart and provide them with a copy of your insurance card that has HealthSmart’s contact information and address.
